Narrative

Eliot’s Developmental Disabilities and Brain Injury Division is a CARF accredited, person-centered program of services. We offer innovative and high quality programming to adults with developmental disabilities and aquired or traumatic brain injury.

The programs provide support and opportunities for people to:

• enrich their lives
• help them find housing 
• find employment (jobs)
• develop personal skills and competencies
• enjoy a full range of community activities 
• develop a network of caring relationships

Supports are provided based on individual preferences. We look at self-determination and individual control. Eliot staff work in partnership with families and community organizations to build positive relationships. We have comprehensive support networks. We create opportunities for people to grow to their full potential.
