Narrative

Supported Living offers supports for physical, emotional, and social needs for adults with disabilities and autism living in the community. We offer one-on-one help, group assistance, and community social activities. We help people overcome challenges and reach their personal goals.  

We create a partnership with each person to help them identify and work towards goals. We help build skills and confidence that lead to a more meaningful, purposeful and independent life. It may be expanding an person's social circle; receiving help with meal planning or paying bills; or coordinating a series of important medical appointments. Each service plan is unique. All Supported Living clients are welcome to join our Jewish holiday celebrations and monthly Shabbat dinner at JF&CS.
