Narrative

Creative Living Options (CLO) combines residential, companion and individual support staff. It gives the level of support needed. In some cases, a live-in companion provides the "invisible net of support" which is so valuable for growth. 

Shared Living and Creative Living Options (CLO) are part of our Individual Supports.

We strive to ensure that all Creative Living Options:

• Support the person in becoming an active and participating member of his/her home and community.
• Promote independence, self-determination, self-advocacy and empowerment.
• Uses a healthy collaboration among the provider, family and referral source. Team meets the person's changing needs, preferences and interests.
• Encourage relationships, social activities and a full life.

Shared Living is a home in which a person shares a home with a trained Care Provider. Care Provider gives the needed supports. TILL hires and trains caring, responsible Care Providers. We work together to match a person's needs and interests with those of the family. This is a dynamic process. It involves the person, the family, TILL, and the referral source.
