Narrative

We offer different living choices for teens, adults and elders with disabilities. Services range from:

  • part time individual support services
  • shared living
  • 24 hour supervised residential homes

These program models provide a range of services. They cover a wide mix of support needs. They include services designed to support people who may have:

  • more than one disability
  • complex medical
  • behavioral health needs

We support people whose needs are changing as a result of aging or other life events. We also design flexible residential supports. They form a bridge to transition to living with greater independence in the community.
