Narrative

Nursing home providing Adult service program for those over the age of 22. OT, PT and speech & lang. services available on both direct and consultative models depending upon the needs of the adults. Recreation programming is provided evenings and weekends for all residents. Clients need certification from DPH medical review team for services.

Respite Care is available for those needing nursing care, medication management and monitoring for a short period while their caregiver is away or in need of a break.
