Growthways supports people in their home We help them to reach their full potential in the areas of:

• skills development
• community membership
• relationships
• health 
• self-advocacy

These concepts are integrated into each person's Individual Support Plan (ISP) via the goals, interventions and daily activity schedule. The goal is to teach people to be as independent as possible. They can make choices that affect the quality of their life. The kind and type of supports that a person may need. Support ranges from supervision and physical help to help managing a checkbook.
