Funded by DDS, this program provides hourly supports up to 35 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) living on their own in the Holyoke/Chicopee area. Supports vary from one to fifteen hours per week. They focus on help with the day-to-day details of living on one’s own. We include skill building and education. We work with:
