Narrative

CBDS is designed to assist each person. We enrich their lives through a range of opportunities for developing and enhancing skills in personal, social, vocational, and community services.

Services Include:

  • Volunteer experiences to support full participation in community

  • Skill development in academics including money skills and functional reading

  • Time management

  • Development of greatest independence in activities of daily living

  • Social skill development - teaches people to manage themselves in the community

  • Pursuit of personal interests and hobbies

  • Health and Wellness activities

  • Self advocacy and education in Human Rights

  • Career Exploration - looking at interests, job tours, internships, and part time supported employment
