Narrative

You can live in your caregiver’s home or your caregiver can move into your home.  You will be treated like a member of the family by your caregiver.  You and your caregiver will receive support from a registered nurse and a case manager on a regular basis.  Your caregiver will:

• make meals and snacks 
• help you with personal care 
• give meds reminders and help
• do shopping, laundry and housekeeping 
• provide rides to medical appointments and social visits 
• keep a clean safe living space
