Narrative

AFC is a care service provided to elderly adults and adults with developmental or physical disabilities. These people could not live alone safely. AFC caregivers are trained to provide elderly and people with disabilities direct care on a day-to-day basis. Unlike the care given by a nursing home facility, AFC is given to people in the comfort of their own homes. Caregivers give them meals, companionship, help, and supervision they need.
