Adult Foster Care (AFC) is a MassHealth funded program that provides 24 hour home care services for people with chronic health care needs. AFC lets people live their lives with dignity. They can keep their daily routines with ongoing supervision and help from a qualified live-in caregiver. AFC caregivers receive a monthly tax-free stipend through Beacon Adult Foster Care Inc., as payment for their services.
