Narrative

The Agency With Choice (AWC) Program is for adults with developmental disabilities (DD) who have the highest level of need. Beginning with an assessment of daily needs, Fidelity House staff helps with the development of goals and objectives designed to keep a person in his or her home. Waystone provides in-home services such as behavioral consultation, skills instruction, day programming, and respite care.

Families pick and schedule in-home service providers. They partner with Waystone on planning, training, and supervision.
