Narrative

Friendship Home's Agency with Choice program is a cooperative model that offers a broad range of individualized services such as:

• in-home supports
• adult companion services
• homemaker services
• much more

The program model allows families to direct the services that they get. They can choose who will provide them based on their own needs, budget allocation, and needs. Friendship Home works with families and service recipients to facilitate the process and be a partner. Our Family Navigator provides human resource management for the staff hired by the family in collaboration with the agency. Ongoing case management services ensure desired supports are being provided.
