125-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility . Provide post-hospital rehabilitative care for the medical and surgical patient. Provide JCAHO-accredited long-term care for the patient in need of restorative nursing, respite care, and hospice services. In addition to populations listed, can serve:

• cerebral aneurysm
• multiple trauma
• orthopedic conditions
• progressive neuromuscular or neurologic disease
• pulmonary disease

We provide short-term relief for primary caregivers. It can be set up for just an afternoon or for several days or weeks.
