Narrative

The Family Support Center at Lifeworks has information and referral to services that help families and caregivers. Family Support staff members help families name and get the right services. Lifeworks Family Support serves people with disabilities who live at home and their families. To receive Family Support services, you must be found eligible by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS).
