Our Employment Education and On-the-Job Support services provides many benefits for people with disabilities. Benefits include:

  • Paid work opportunities in the community

  • Work skill assessment and ongoing evaluation

  • Job preparation curriculum

  • Volunteer job opportunities

  • One-on-one and small group instruction

  • ISP case management

  • Self-advocacy mentoring

The service matches the likes and skills of a person with the needs of a business. Job Coaches support people in both individual supported employment and group supported employment.

The Arc serves adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) in their quest to become competitively employed within the Greater Plymouth area and surrounding towns.
