Narrative
The Employment Services department provides Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) supports to MassAbility and DDS consumers.
Our services include:
- Career Exploration and Engagement (Assessment/Evaluation)
- Employment-Based Skills Training/Work Experience (Skills Training)
- Job Development and Placement
- On and off Job Support
In addition, the Employment Services department hosts a Job Club. We have workshops for all members to attend. The Employment Services department provides CIE supports to MassAbility and DDS consumers.
