Narrative

Family First is like Adult Foster Care. In this program, adults with disabilities and complex medical needs live with one of their family. The family member becomes their certified host home provider and provides support. Services are fit to each person’s needs and may include:

• Daily living supports
• Skill building
• In-home nursing consultations
• Case management services

Our program serves adults (ages 17 and older) with developmental disabilities (DD). They must qualify through Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB), and others.
