The Flexible Funding Program at Multicultural Community Services (MCS) helps families access funds to purchase goods or services that directly enhance the quality of life for an adult or child with a disability. All funding must relate to the person’s disability. It must comply with the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) Family Support Guidelines.
