Narrative

Home care is supportive care provided in the home, provided by certified licensed healthcare professionals and caregivers. These staff are tasked with offering daily assistance with personalized and supportive services. We enable seniors, disabled adults and children who require assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) & Instruments of Activities of Daily Living (IADL’s) remain at home.

Adult Foster Care Program (AFC) provides help to people to live with a caregiver.  Caregiver is trained by our staff. They are paid to provide daily care within a family setting rather than a nursing home or nursing facility.

Caregivers may be non-family members, or family members (except legally responsible relatives or spouses). The caregiver provides help with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) & Instruments of Activities of Daily Living (IADL’s) and 24-hour supervision.

Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) is a Medicaid-Funded long-term care community option that provides elderly and/or disabled people help with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) & Instruments of Activities of Daily Living (IADL’s).
