Individual in-home support services from Charles River Center enable adults with disabilities to maximize their independence. People live in their own apartment in Greater Boston, Middlesex and Norfolk counties. Maintaining one’s own household is a valued part of independent living. Charles River Center’s in-home support services support this goal.
CRC’s team of experienced Case Managers provide flexible support and training. It depends on the need of each person. Following an intake, CRC staff work with the people to create an ISP support plan that enhances their skills and ability to live independently. Goals can be short term or long term.
