KDC’s in-home assistance ensures that people with developmental disabilities (DD) are community members, too.
KDC’s Individual Support program is personalized for each adult to promote growth through skill-building. We can build and keep their connections within the community. KDC creates individual support plans (ISPs) to address specific needs and to minimize the person's risks.
