Narrative

In-Home Supports (IHS) offers individuals the opportunity to work with staff on daily living skills to increase independence within the individual. Staff work within the ISP process to create activities that directly tie to the individual’s personal goals. This can include household tasks, personal care, cooking skills, money management, interpersonal relationships, community integration, and more. Individuals who choose this support model will have a budget allocation for the purchase of services to meet their needs.

Individual In-Home Supports also offers family navigation to assist families with goals, challenges, and any questions they may have.

Agency with Choice offers the option for individuals to partner with BCL and share responsibility of selecting their support staff and directing their day-to-day activities.
