Narrative

Individual Supports are flexible services. They increase or decrease as the needs of the person change. The goal of service delivery is to help people with supports to live as independently as possible in the community. 

Individual supports may include, but are not limited to:

  • case management
  • basic skills training
  • medical management
  • housing and subsidy assistance
  • advocacy 
  • household management

Referrals for Individual Supports are made through the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS).
