Narrative

Our staff provides up to 15 hours per week of individualized case management and/or direct care, as needed.  The program offers an on-call system for after hours and weekends for emergencies, advice and supports around critical issues.

Bay Cove offers supports to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) who live independently. Families may be looking to enhance independence and opportunities for loved ones with a disability living in the family home. The degree of service provided by our organization is different for each person we work with. All supports are set up to help promote a person’s dignity, self-sufficiency, and independence.
