Narrative

The Individualized In-Home Supports (IIHS) program provides community based services to people with intellectual disabilities/developmental disabilities (IDD). The program is set up to allow program members to successfully live independently within their own apartment and/or home. Services are offered in the North Central and Greater Worcester Areas. They are funded by the Department of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

The SCL program works to give skill building services. We help support people to learn or keep independence within the community. SCL program members are given person-centered case management. It allows each program member to receive custom services for their own needs and goals. Moreover, SCL places a strong emphasis on encouraging self-advocacy, community integrated employment and activities.

People are encouraged to make choices. They are supported to live safely and successfully within their own living setting.
