Saint Joseph Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a Joint Commission Accredited, Medicare and Medicaid Certified, 123-bed healthcare facility that serves a diverse cultural population of families and patients in Dorchester, and throughout the surrounding communities of the greater Boston area.

Saint Joseph also offers a unique short-term answer for many families who give full-time care to a family member. Our Respite Care program lets caregiver family members take vacations or take care of matters that require extended time. During their stay, respite guests are made to feel welcomed in our warm and comfortable setting. They receive all the services and amenities that our inpatient or long-term care residents enjoy.
