Narrative

Pathway to Possible's homes are located in the Newton villages of Newton Corner, Waban, West Newton, Newton Centre, and in Wellesley Square.

We currently operate six homes in Newton and Wellesley, Massachusetts. All P2P homes are in nice neighborhoods. They have easy access to stores, libraries, banks and other community services. We also have Independent Living services for people in their own homes.

Two to seven people live in each home. Five of the homes are staffed 24-hours-a-day. Our team helps people with activities of daily living (ADLs), getting to appointments and enjoying recreational activities in the community. Each resident:

  • goes to a day program
  • works in a supported setting
  • has a competitive job
  • enjoys retirement activities
