Thrive guides people to realize their highest level of independence both at home and in their community. We create meaningful moments filled with self-confidence, happiness, and fulfillment to help Thrivers find their chosen path.

Thrive not only provides support to those who live on their own or share a home. We also manage four welcoming homes licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS). We promote a place where your voice is heard. You're a contributing member of the household. You cultivate meaningful relationships. We provide the space, support, and resources to complement strengths and to help our people thrive.

Gives respite to Shared Living Providers when they are in need of taking time away from the person they have living with them. The respite may cover the Shared Living Provider’s vacation, personal or family time.
