Community Healthlink (CHL) provides residential services to people who have:
- severe and ongoing mental illness
- substance abuse
- dual diagnosis
- intellectual disability (ID)
CHL offers a variety of residential programs based on the need of the people referred. The range of services are from structured 2-4 staffed group residential homes to supported housing to independent living.
