Our Adult Foster Care program partners with people and caregivers to ensure that adults with medical, developmental and/or behavioral needs can live safely in the community.
KDC works closely with people with developmental disabilities (DD) and prospective caregivers to create shared living partnerships. Funded by DDS.
We believe that all people should live in the most supportive and least restrictive setting possible. With our thoughtful matching, customized supports, and dedicated caregivers, the people with DD we serve experience success every day.
