Shared Living Providers in Massachusetts are kind caregivers who welcome adults with developmental disabilities (DD) into their homes and lives.  Shared Living provides care in a way that maximizes the person's dignity and quality of life. It most closely copies a private home experience.  Providers are professionally trained and well matched with the person in their care. They ensure stability, safty, health and welfare. They help with personal care, homemaker services, meals, transportation, and socialization. 

Seven Hills provides training for the caregiver, nursing services as needed. We develop individual safety plans.  The Provider receives professional supports and services to help them provide best care. They also receives a tax-free stipend.
