Individual living supports

Help each person to live in a home or apartment with the level of support they desire and recommended by their team. There may be 24 hour a day supports or as little as two hours a week. It is based on the person’s strengths, challenges, and safety needs

Group Homes

Offer 24 hour staff supports for 4 or fewer persons to live together. All efforts are made for people to live with the fewest number of housemates. They can live in the communities of their choice They can live with people with whom they have shared interests.

Staffing is offered 24-hours/day. Staff ratios allow one-on-one activity. Small group homes offer people the chance to gain personal skills they may not have learned earlier in their life. These can be activities of daily living (ADLs), as well as more bigger tasks outside the home. Examples are food shopping and personal banking. With committed staff, people can gain a full life of varied, personally chosen activities.
