Shared Living

Our Shared Living programs let people become part of a host family. They get all of the benefits and responsibilities of sharing a life and a household. The host family helps the person be part of the wider community. Host gives the needed personal help and training. Open Sky’s visiting nurses and service coordinators stand ready to give expert help when needed.

Adult Family Care

Adult Family Care (AFC) is a program that provides both paid support and practical help to caregivers. With a monthly payment and personal, professional help from our staff, you can continue to care for your loved ones at home. They can feel the most comfortable. Plus, you and your entire family will have access to Open Sky's many resources and supports. This includes social and rec opportunities, mental health support, and more.
