Acton Road Runner Van: The Acton Road Runner Van (formerly operated by the Lowell Regional Transit Authority) provides rides for veterans, seniors and people with disabilities Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Please call 978-844-6809 between 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM to book a trip or for more information. Fares are the same as the COA Van.
