Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services (SCES) is a private non-profit organization that helps people maintain their dignity and independence. SCES serves older adults, people with disabilities (PwD) and caregivers throughout Greater Boston.

Programs include:

Meals on Wheels delivers a variety of hot, cold, multicultural, and special dietary meals to older people’s homes.
