Narrative

Support and independence for adults with disabilities, either in your own home or in one of ours.

Supported Living offers supports for physical, emotional, and social needs for adults with disabilities and autism living in the community. We offer one-on-one help, group help, and community social activities. We help people overcome challenges and pursue their personal goals.  

Our staff provide coaching and life skills training. Training will impact their daily living, organizational, and social skills. We offer care coordination. We work with an person's other providers, family, and support team.

Using a clinically informed approach, our staff are able to provide coaching and emotional support throughout our services. We work to help people reach their goals. Examples of skills we support clients with include:

• shopping and meal prep
• goig out in the community
• making social connections
• self-advocacy
• healthy lifestyle skills
• making and keeping a schedule
